Daömey offers worldwide shipping.
  
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process and ship your order.
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Therefore, your order will be processed on the next business day.
  
Note: To prevent fraud, your first Daömey order must be shipped to the billing address of your credit card. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled. 
   
Rates:
 

France: Colissimo with signature €7. This is a tracked service. Estimated delivery 3-5 business days from dispatch.

Europe: Colissimo Classic €15. This is an untracked delivery service that does not provide a signature upon delivery. Estimated delivery 5-7 business days from dispatch.

Rest of the World: Colissimo International €20. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days from dispatch.

Customer Service:
All customs and import duties, as well as applicable fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Although VAT is included in the price of the products, we do not cover customs duties or any other fees that may be required in certain countries. If your order requires these additional fees, you must pay them to the postal agency for your package to be cleared through customs. 
 
Order Tracking:
To track all orders placed on the site, please go to the "TRACKING ORDERS" tab. You will simply need to enter your email address + your order number to get all the information related to the processing and delivery of your package. 
Returns:
We accept returns up to 15 days after receiving your order. The item must be in perfect condition in its original packaging. 
 
Important: We will NOT refund your order if the item concerned is damaged or has already been worn.
   
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original delivery note must be included in your package. If you can no longer find it, please clearly indicate your original order number so that we can process your refund efficiently and quickly. 
The returned money will be refunded via the original payment method used, within 3 to 5 business days.
